In this fresh and exciting Business Development Manager role, you’ll look for growth opportunities in specialist divisions, focusing on specific areas where our client want to grow. You’ll do this by proactively cold-calling a pipeline of prospects, informing them of your services and developing a sales pitch that nobody can say no to.
You’ll collaborate with a number of internal sales teams to develop a flawless sales process that all can stick to, increasing your chances of delivering first-class results.

About The Role:
- You will create growth opportunities for the conditional monitoring side of the business to help meet revenue targets
- You’ll achieve this by proactively reaching out to new clients, selling your service and winning an increased number of deals
- By working with a range of internal colleagues, you’ll establish a winning sales process that ignites business-wide growth
- As a Business Development Manager, it’s your responsibility to build genuine, meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients to increase their lifetime value
- You’ll use your previous sales experience to enhance the sales cycle and ensure all set deadlines are consistently met
You Will Need To Have/Be:
- Previous experience in a similar Business Development Manager role
- Marine or transport experience is preferred, but not required
- Hungry and motivated to achieve more
- Perfect communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personable and possess the ability to naturally connect with others
